Bunny Interiors accepts Credit/ Debit Card and PayPal payments.

This is the most safe and secure method and no card details are stored by Bunny Interiors.

Bunny Interiors prices are in UK pounds sterling.

Bunny Interiors postal charges are for UK Mainland only, at a flat rate of £4.95, regardless of how much you order, unless otherwise stated on certain heavier items, then there will be a higher postage charge.

For International and Island locations please contact us (hello@bunnyinteriors.co.uk) prior to placing your order so we can obtain a postage quote for you.

It is Bunny Interior's aim to post all orders within 5 working days., please note that if ordering a personalised item, that the delivery may take a couple of days more.  We will contact you via email if there is any change to this.  If for any reason you do not receive your order after 7 working days from the dispatch date, then please contact us hello@bunnyinteriors.co.uk 

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 7 working days of receipt.  All items must be returned in perfect condition i.e. unused, and in their original packaging.

"Perfectly Imperfect" items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

To make a return, please contact us hello@bunnyinteriors.co.uk with your reason for return, and an address will be given to you.  All return postage costs will need to be covered by you, please note you will not be refunded for the initial postage and packaging fees.

Bunny Interiors is not responsible for parcels lost in transit, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage, when returning.

If your order is faulty, please contact us on hello@bunnyinteriors.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt.

At Bunny Interiors we respect all of our customer's privacy, and we are very serious that we protect your privacy.  Your information will NEVER be provided to any 3rd parties, we will only ever use your email to send you updates on your order.
